The room was not only budget-friendly but also modern, with great amenities such as free wireless internet, a lounge area, and an air conditioner. the hotel's central location by the beautiful lake was a definite plus. - the nearby Café Sundaes at the Pier, just 1 km away, was a pleasant surprise.

The location is very convenience as it is close to the airport and beach. The hotel has a lake, a swimming pool and a tennis court. So, it is good even staying there for a couple of days. The best is that it also has a carpark that I can park my car for a few days while my family went to Lady Elliot Island and Fraser Island. They also provided a free drive to the airport for my family during my trip to LEI.

Everything was perfect, unbeatable location near the lake, the staff were exceptionally nice. In overall the room was decent size and well-organised and with a very comfortable bed and TVs. Provided breakfast was tasty and nice hot with nice view, exceeded our expectations. Location: the hotel was close enough to shops and other venues, beach & botanical garden and airport, shops and access. Local fast food option Mcdonald's was 10 minutes walk away.

Great location close to Fraser Island! We stayed in a fantastic room with a comfy queen bed that had its own little kitchen area with a microwave, a cozy lounge area, and even a toaster for our morning toast 🍞. This place is super convenient for exploring the nearby attractions!

We loved the peace and and the birds especially the swan with the chicks room 50 where we stayed was great even though there were busloads of children we were very happy with our stay

Cheap, tidy although well worn and stains in room
run down, tv almost unwatchable, No food/dining at times over Easter period and this was not advertised to us.

This is not a complaint, but we feel the room could do with some refreshing eg: carpet and paint.
