Comfortable Bed and Great Bistro Meals

Our stay was decent with a spacious family room that had two bathrooms, which was super convenient for us. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and we had a pleasant dining experience at the bistro with friendly service. it would have been nice to have more basic kitchen utensils in the room for a more comfortable stay.

Request a room facing the beautiful lake to enjoy peaceful views and the chance to feed the local turtles.

The restaurant featured an amazing menu, providing excellent meals that I couldn't stop raving about. The hotel grounds offered a stunning lake where I enjoyed peaceful moments surrounded by charming water birds. My stay was unique in my comfortable Economy Queen and Single Room, which made it feel like a home away from home.

Turtles greeted us by the beautiful lake.

Rooms had plenty of space for family gatherings. Location featured a scenic lake that was a nice touch for outdoor relaxation. A warm, deep pool perfect for family bonding.

The condition of the rooms left much to be desired. noticeable maintenance issues, including broken shower fixtures and outdated decor. Ants were present in the bathroom, and the sliding doors were difficult to operate. The overall cleanliness seemed inadequate, highlighting ongoing maintenance problems that need urgent attention.

The grounds were beautifully maintained, with a lovely lake full of birds and fish right outside my window, enhancing the overall experience.

The carpets in the common areas and our room had noticeable stains, which detracted from the cleanliness of the property.

We loved the friendly staff and enjoyed feeding turtles by the lake, but the room was a bit dated and needed a refresh. Chur for the hospitality, though!

The sliding doors were a struggle to open!!! Cleaning crew needs to give attention to the dusty back screen doors!!! The lack of basic kitchen amenities like cutlery and dishes made self-catering impossible!!!

We had a fantastic stay in the Economy Family Room with tons of space and two bathrooms. The kids loved watching the turtles by the lake, and the bistro served delicious food with great service. Check-in was a breeze, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming!

The bed was super comfy, and I really appreciated having soft towels and great shower products provided! Enjoyed some downtime by the lovely outdoor swimming pool and the peaceful garden area. Just wish the water temperature in the pool was a bit warmer. 😊

The room was super spacious, which was a nice surprise! We loved watching turtles swim by the lake while enjoying great coffee on the patio. The bistro had some seriously yummy meals too. Just wish the shower was a bit cleaner, but it didn't ruin our fun. a cool place to relax!

i've stayed in hervey bay before but kondari exceeded all my expectations this valentine's day. the room was spacious and clean, which made for a relaxing getaway. the bistro food was tasty, and the lake with the turtles was a delightful surprise for my family!
